For your PCS move or when you transition into your long term home we offer a fully furnished apartment in close proximity to Clay Barracks or Hainerberg in Wiesbaden. All amenities included. TLA, TQSA, and for TDYs approved, our receipt has always been fully accepted, e.g. for your reimbursement. Please feel free to contact me via Bookoo or Email.

- VAT exemption with respective form,
- flexible rental periods (minimum of 4 overnights up to several months),
- pets allowed (at no costs),
- including mobility with complimentary service car (Mini, automatic transmission, navigation system).

All of our apartments are highest standard, newly renovated and fully equipped: WiFi, bedding, towels, TV, kitchen appliances, large fridge, freezer, microwave - no utility cost - it’s all included.

When an apartment is not booked I am happy to show you around - video call in advance or after arrival/ before departure wrt PCS. The apartments are conveniently located in the Wiesbaden suburb Mainz-Kostheim, directly next to Mainz Kastel at the beautiful lakeside Maaraue of the river Rhein.
