12,000 BTU Portable Air Condititioner

This is a very large 12,000 BTU air conditioner. it has been tested and cleaned and
it works great.with a hose to exhaust air out the window and a remote control. it blows below freezing.it cools much better then the cheapy Bauhaus units, this is the Porsche of AC units and it cost over €800 new and has the most modern Gas in it, about 3 years old.
