Our house is located in a quiet and modern residential area with a great view into nature. It has 2900 squarefeet living space, which is generously distributed into 5 spacious rooms, one with a walk-in-closet, 3 bathrooms, a laundry room and a large open living-dining-kitchen area including a fireplace plus floor heating to keep you warm. Sunny days, on the other hand, can be enjoyed on the large terrace or balconies, perhaps during a barbeque?
The house sits on a low maintenance property with a big double garage for lots of storage. On top of that the attic provides additional storage possibilities.
Another advantage is that you can enter the house directly from the garage, so you keep dry on rainy days. The German-American neighborhood is very friendly and helpful. You will certainly feel welcomed there!
