It's considered Schlangenbad but in Barstaft (@20 min from Clay), great landlord so I'm trying to find my replacement (will be posted with housing once my departure date is confirmed) - English speaking owner, parking, shed, small front and back yard, balcony, large terrace, all ceiling light fixtures and kitchen with full US style fridge included in rent (LQA for GS 12 (@44k) covers it - rent & Nebenkosten should be close to listed if there's only one person so plenty of margin for utilities). There is plenty of storage space and high speed fiber internet. No pets listed. Not on unofficial black list or Housing black list. I'm trying to show around my current schedule until I get orders cuz I can't afford to take off right now.
Listed as @160 m2 / @1700 sq ft, 4 BR duplex but I'd say 2 BR with walk-in closet and office. Very quiet area with very few children so nothing for children to do in the community but perfect for older couple or single person that had to bring most if not all of their belongings. Less than 10 stairs with 2 landings from parking area to front gate. Office, kitchen, living room on main floor with 3/4 bathroom; 3 storage rooms and laundry room in basement and remaining 2 bedrooms and one storage room upstairs with full bathroom with sauna. I can transfer the Internet contract to you to save you funds from turning it back on and getting today's prices as I accepted the landlords contract to install it and got a great deal since fiber was new to the area. Looks like current rates are higher now. Due to OPSEC, not posting address in clear but can provide it if you want to come and look - Housing will be posting soon and landlords daughter posted here which is how I found it before moving in - I would have lost this place had I had to wait on housing for an appt just to have them provide me contact info for landlord to make appt to view it! The other day it was 22 mins from parking at house to parking by Clay gym after getting caught behind a slow semi on road leading to autobahn. My electric is @220€ for electric and heated floors.
